What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online, by fax, phone or mail.

Why won't the system accept my credit card?
Are you using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or an American Express? These are the only credit cards that MCLE will accept online. Check to make sure the billing address you typed on the order form is the address registered with the credit card you are using (usually it's the address your bill is sent to).The bank uses this address to verify the credit card. You can have your purchase shipped to another address-just provide us the shipping address in the spot indicated on the order form (the billing and shipping addresses do not have to match). If this is correct, you may want to inquire with the company who issued the credit card.

What are the the shipping and handling charges?
Orders are shipped via UPS or, for downtown Boston addresses, via a local delivery service. A $3.00 Shipping and Handling Fee is added to all domestic orders. To place an international order, please call customer service at (800) 966-6253.

What is the automatic supplementation service?
So that your books contain the most current legal information, most MCLE books are supplemented on a periodic or annual basis. Subscribers are automatically sent supplements with an invoice. If you do not wish to keep the updated material, simply return the package to MCLE with "cancel" written on the invoice.
