Changing Information
Once you have set up an online account with MCLE, you can edit the information stored in your account in a number of ways.

• When placing an ordering through this site, you can change your name, address and payment information from the order confirmation page prior to submitting the order.
  
  
• At any time when visiting MCLE.org, you can click on the Your Account button at the top of the screen which will give you access to change any of the information stored in your account.
  
  
• If you are already logged-in to your account, you can click the Edit Your Account link in the Status area at the left-hand side of the screen which will also give you access to change any of the information stored in your account.

Accessing Online Products
When you purchase an individual online product from MCLE.org, you have unlimited access to it for 30 days. To easily find the product again when returning the this site, click on Your Online Products link in the Status area at the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to a list of all online products you currently have access to, showing the number of days of access you have left (access to an online product shuts off at midnight of the thirtieth day after the order was placed.). From there you can link directly into each product. You can also retrieve this list through the Your Account button at the top of the screen. After signing-in, click on the Access Your Online Products link to see the list of open items.

If you are a subscriber to a PracticeNet™, you have unlimited access to all of the products in that subscription. To easily locate a particular item, click on the Your Online Products in the Status area at the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to a list of PracticeNets™ you subscribe to. From there, click on the name of the PracticeNet™ you want to enter to see a complete table of contents with links directly into each item. You may also want to bookmark the table of contents page for each of your PracticeNets™.

Order Status and History
These options allows you access detailed information concerning your account. Order Status shows the current processing stage of your order. Your account history is a chronological list of all purchases you have made through MCLE.
