BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MCLE is a nonprofit corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Institution is governed by a Board of Trustees that includes twenty-three distinguished members of the Massachusetts legal community.
The Board meets three times per year, and is made up of several committees that meet at various times throughout the year. These include the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee, the Bylaws/Nominating Committee, the Curriculum, Content Delivery & Operations Committee, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, and the Philanthropy Committee. Ex-officio, nonvoting, members of the Board include the Executive Director of MCLE and MCLE's Founding Director.
