AMY CASHORE MARIANI, is a Partner at Fitzhugh & Mariani LLP in Boston, which is one of the leading minority-owned law firms in the United States. Ms. Mariani handles complex products liability, premises liability, tort, environmental, commercial, and employment discrimination litigation in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine for national and multi-national corporations. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, for which she served as Chair of the New Lawyers Section, and the American Bar Association, for which she has actively served on many sections and committees. She has been a member of MCLE’s Board of Trustees since 2006. Ms. Mariani received her B.A., with honors, from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts and Maine state bars as well as the federal bars in Massachusetts, Maine and Connecticut.
