BRUCE H. BAGDASARIAN is a shareholder of Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA, in Boston. He has extensive experience representing lenders nationally, including bank, conduit, and corporate. He also represents borrowers in commercial real estate financings, buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, lenders and borrowers in business financings, and lenders in commercial loan workouts. Mr. Bagdasarian is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Dartmouth College.
