PETER M. BARLOW is a partner in Kates & Barlow, PC in Boston, where he concentrates his practice in the area of family law. Mr. Barlow has also been awarded a rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating in both ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell.
