RICHARD P. BREED III is a cofounder of the Boston firm of Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, PC, where he specializes in business succession planning for owners of privately held enterprises. He has substantial experience working with wealthy families to preserve and protect their beneficiaries’ inheritance from excessive transfer taxes and possible interference by third parties. Mr. Breed is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, Suffolk University Law School, and Bowdoin College.
