LEE CARL BROMBERG is a partner in the Boston office of McCarter & English LLP, where he concentrates on intellectual property and information technology. He handles a wide range of technology-based disputes, including patent infringement actions, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition. He is involved with counseling, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution in intellectual property and complex commercial matters. Mr. Bromberg has served as a court-appointed discovery master for contested patent litigation and testified as an expert witness on patent litigation and trademark law and practice. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, Cornell University, and the University of Michigan.  (January 2012)
