LEE CARL BROMBERG is a partner at the Boston firm of McCarter & English LLP. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has successfully handled numerous patent infringement actions, and trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and related cases in high-technology areas. Mr. Bromberg's recent work as trial counsel led to one of the largest IP verdicts of the year in Massachusetts and the largest verdict in the following year. A substantial portion of his practice has also been devoted to representation of nationally known companies in trademark and trade dress cases. His practice also includes client counseling, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution in intellectual property matters and complex commercial matters. He is the author of various publications and a frequent lecturer on intellectual property law and litigation.
