CHARLENE A. CALDEIRA is a partner in the Newton law firm of Rosenberg, Freedman & Goldstein LLP. Ms. Caldeira's practice is concentrated in the areas of family law, probate law, and appellate practice. She coauthored Appellate Procedure (41 Massachusetts Practice Series) (West 2d ed. 2002) and also served as a judicial law clerk in the Supreme Judicial Court, where she worked directly under Associate Justice Neil L. Lynch. Ms. Caldeira was a member of the adjunct faculty at New England School of Law, where she taught family law. She has also served as a faculty member on Suffolk University Law School's advanced legal studies program entitled "Difficult Issues in Child Custody Cases." She has been named by Boston magazine as a Massachusetts "Super Lawyer Rising Star" each year from 2006 to 2011. Ms. Caldeira obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1998.
