HON. PAULA M. CAREY is the chief justice of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Boston. Previously, she was an associate justice of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court and a partner in the firm of Carey & Mooney, PC. She is a frequent author and presenter on domestic relations issues. Judge Carey is a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a member of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, the Massachusetts Judges Conference, the National Association of Women Judges, and the American, Massachusetts, and Boston Bar Associations.
