LAURIE A. CERVENY is of counsel at Bingham McCutchen LLP and a member of the firm’s corporate group. Ms. Cerveny concentrates her practice on the representation of publicly held companies in a variety of industries, both in the U.S. and Canada. She has extensive experience in counseling clients on the ongoing reporting requirements of public companies, corporate governance matters, the securities laws, stock exchange listing requirements, executive compensation, and various other matters affecting public companies and their officers and directors. Ms. Cerveny also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private financings, and private equity. Ms. Cerveny is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association. She received her bachelor of arts, summa cum laude, from Marist College in 1990, and her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1996.
