J. MICHAEL CONLEY is a founding partner in the Braintree law firm of Kenney & Conley, PC. He is a graduate of George Washington University and Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Conley concentrates his practice in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases at the trial and appellate levels. He has participated in many continuing education programs for MCLE and others, generally focusing on topics related to personal injury, trial practice, insurance law, and police and firefighters injuries. Mr. Conley has served as an arbitrator in personal injury cases and insurance coverage cases. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, for which he serves on the Association’s Appellate Bench Bar Committee, the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys, for which he serves on The Board Of Governors, chairs the Academy’s Amicus Curiae Committee, and edits the MATA Journal, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Conley is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. (January 2009)
