JOANNE D’ALCOMO is a litigation partner in the Boston firm of Jager Smith, PC, where she represents individuals and corporations in a variety of contexts, including contract, fraud, partnership, and insurance coverage disputes; she also handles serious personal injury cases. She is also called upon to evaluate cases after they have been adjudicated at the trial court level to assess prospects for appeal and to handle appellate matters. Previously, she was with the firms of Schneider Reilly LLP and Bingham, Dana & Gould (now Bingham McCutcheon LLP). Ms. D’Alcomo is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
