PAULA M. DEVEREAUX is a partner with Rubin and Rudman LLP concentrating in real estate development and regulatory law, land use, zoning, planning, environmental and regulatory compliance, financing and leasing for institutional and corporate clients whose holdings include downtown Boston and suburban office complexes. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Ms. Devereaux was with the firm of Smith & Sowalsky, formerly Smith, McNulty & Kearney, concentrating on real estate and regulatory law, financing, zoning and environmental permitting in the North Shore area. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Saint Michaels College in Vermont and her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She is a member of many charitable and professional organizations and has lectured for the MBA and MCLE. (November 2001)
