PETER I. DUNN is a shareholder and director of Craig and Macauley, PC, in Boston, where he practices in corporate and securities law, restructurings, and workouts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, offerings of debt, and equity securities. He represents clients in life sciences, high technology, transportation, construction, and commercial real estate development, as well as emerging companies in all phases of their start-up activities, including formation, equity compensation, capital raising, and exits. Mr. Dunn is a member of the firm’s working group on the sale and acquisition of distressed assets. He has written and presented on legal issues affecting the legal and business communities. Since 2005, he has been named a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers in Boston magazine.
