JUDITH B. ERCOLINI is a Senior Paralegal assisting the Consumer, Appellate, Commercial Employment (CACE) Litigation Team in the area of business litigation, class actions, consumer litigation, technology litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and appellate practice at Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP. She is also the Paralegal Coordinator in Nelson Mullins' Boston office. Formerly, Judy was a Legal Specialist in litigation with Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC and held the dual role of Paralegal / Litigation Support Coordinator with Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar of Boston. For over twenty-five years, Judy has been an active member of various professional groups and organizations.  She is a former co-chair of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association (MPA) Litigation Section, former member of its technology committee, and author of articles for the MPA's publication, Viewpoint.  Judy is a member of the New England Association of Litigation Support Managers (NEALSM), serving on its executive committee from 2006 through 2009.  Having chaired and presented at multiple paralegal seminars with Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), Judy was invited to join MCLE's Paralegal Curriculum Advisory Committee.  She also participates in the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) (formerly known as LawNet) and the Boston Chapter of Women in e-Discovery. Judy's educational background includes the Honors Program in Management at Bentley College, Waltham; a Certificate of Paralegal Studies (Litigation Concentration) also from Bentley College, and an Associate Degree from Aquinas Jr. College, Newton.
