RICHARD R. EURICH is a senior partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1972, his practice has concentrated in first- and third-party litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, with emphasis on coverage, bad-faith, and extracontractual liability issues; policy interpretation; and general representation of insurance companies. Mr. Eurich is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), the Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Eurich serves as chairman of the MBA's insurance committee, is a member of the MBA's Budget & Finance Committee, and is also a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. He is an instructor and frequent speaker on insurance law and insurance-related topics, and has written numerous articles that have been published in insurance and legal publications. He is also the author of Chapter 7, "Insurance and Loss Prevention," in Advising a Massachusetts Business (MCLE New England, 1st ed. 2011). He is listed in a number of Who's Who publications, including Who's Who in America, and has been recognized as a Massachusetts "Super Lawyer" for each year from 2005 through 2011 and as a New England "Super Lawyer" for each year from 2007 through 2011.
