PHYLLIS E. FEDERICO is a founding partner in the Boston firm of Schmidt & Federico, PC, where she concentrates on complex domestic relations litigation. Her practice encompasses all aspects of matrimonial and domestic relations law, including divorce, custody, modifications, prenuptial agreements, and paternity. She handles high-conflict disputes with an emphasis on business valuation and custody litigation. She is a frequent presenter and author on family law practice. Ms. Federico is a fellow of the Boston Bar Association, a member and past president of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section, and a past president of the MCLE Board of Trustees.
