A. SILVANA GINER is a partner in the private client practice group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston. She represents company founders and other entrepreneurs and domestic and international families. She assists clients on a broad range of personal planning matters, with an emphasis on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, and a member of the MCLE Estate Planning Curriculum Advisory Committee. Ms. Giner is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Massachusetts and received her law degree from Stanford Law School.  (July 2009)
