HON. EDWARD M. GINSBURG is a retired associate justice of the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court. He is an adjunct faculty member at Boston College Law School and Suffolk University Law School and a frequent presenter for MCLE programs. Upon his retirement, Judge Ginsburg founded Senior Partners for Justice, and he is a mentor with the Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts.  (January 2012)
