DANIEL L. GOLDBERG is a partner in the litigation department at Bingham McCutchen LLP, Boston, where he has practiced since 1972. He specializes in general commercial litigation and antitrust, and has served as litigation counsel for the New England Patriots, the Boston Red Sox, and many Fortune 500 companies in cases around the county. He is listed in various regional and national “Best Lawyers” listings. Prior to joining the firm, he was law clerk to the Honorable Edward McEntee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. A graduate of Trinity College (cum laude) and Harvard Law School (cum laude), Mr. Goldberg has lectured and written extensively for various continuing legal education organizations. He serves on the Judicial Nominating Commission, the Board of MCLE and was principal draftsman of the Massachusetts Antitrust Act. (January 2012)
