DANIEL L. GOLDBERG is a partner in the litigation department at Bingham McCutchen LLP, Boston. Prior to joining the firm, he was law clerk to the Honorable Edward McEntee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. A graduate of Trinity College and Harvard Law School, Mr. Goldberg has lectured and written extensively for various continuing legal education organizations. He serves on the Boston Bar Association Antitrust Committee, was principal draftsman of the Massachusetts Antitrust Act and litigates antitrust and other commercial matters in courts around the country.
