WILLIAM F. GRIFFIN, JR., is a shareholder in Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, PC, in Boston, where he practices in the business law and real estate and environmental areas, representing privately-owned and publicly-held businesses. He is also counsel in tax-exempt bond financings. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, and U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Griffin has lectured and authored materials for continuing legal education programs; he is a chapter coauthor of Organizing and Dissolving a Massachusetts Business (MCLE, Inc. 2008). He is a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a member of the Massachusetts and Boston bar associations, Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, National Association of Bond Lawyers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the MCLE Business and Commercial Law Curriculum Advisory Committee.
