WILLIAM F. GRIFFIN, JR., is a shareholder of Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, PC, in Boston, where he practices in the business law, real estate, and environmental areas, representing privately-owned and publicly-held businesses in business and real estate transactions. He has also served as bond counsel in taxexempt bond financings. He is frequent presenter and author on corporate practice. Mr. Griffin is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston bar associations, National Association of Bond Lawyers, and Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
