H. JOSEPH HAMELINE is chairman of the litigation section of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, PC, in Boston, and is a member of the firm’s policy committee. He has practiced law at Mintz Levin since 1981. Mr. Hameline has tried more than thirty cases to resolution and resolved dozens of other cases through summary judgment and motions to dismiss in state and federal courts across the country. He has obtained more than a dozen seven- and eight-figure judgments and settlements for clients in the course of litigation. He also has successfully defended an equal number of significant matters. Mr. Hameline received his B.A., cum laude, from Williams College (1975) and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University (1981). (February 2008)
