ERIC P. HAYES is with the business credit division of Wells Fargo, Boston. Formerly, he was chief fiduciary officer for U.S. Trust, Bank of America’s private wealth management business. Mr. Hayes is a member of the MCLE board of trustees. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Boston University School of Law, and Boston College. (July 2011)
