ELIZABETH S. HENDLER is a Director of Employment Law at Boston Scientific Corporation in Natick, Massachusetts, where she handles a wide variety of matters, including reductions in force, harassment and discrimination complaints, ADA and FMLA issues, and policy development and implementation.  Ms. Hendler also conducts “Know the Law”, an interactive day-long training program for managers and supervisors of the company. From 2000 through 2005, Ms. Hendler was the Associate General Counsel at Brandeis University, where she was responsible for employment law matters as well as other legal issues for the institution. Prior to that, she served as Counsel to Day, Berry & Howard in Boston, where she represented clients in court and before the EEOC and MCAD. From 1987 through 1995, Ms. Hendler served as an attorney, and then Deputy General Counsel, of the MCAD, where she handled complaints of discrimination in employment, housing and places of public accommodation.
