VICKIE L. HENRY, a partner in the Boston office of Foley Hoag LLP and deputy chair of the firm's litigation department, specializes her practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, and product liability defense. She has taken over twenty trials to judgment or verdict in state and federal courts. In 2007, she was on a trial team that won the fifth highest verdict in Massachusetts that year. She is the vice chair of the commercial litigation committee of the Defense Research Institute, Inc. (DRI). She is also the immediate past president of the Suffolk University Law School Litigation American Inn of Court, cochair of the Boston Patent Law Association's trade secret committee, and a past cochair of the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association. She is a member of the Massachusetts and California bars. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College.(June 2010)
