STANLEY KELLER is a partner in the Boston law firm of Palmer & Dodge LLP, where he engages in business and securities law practice. A graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School, he is active in the American Bar Association's business law section, currently serving as chair of its committee on federal regulation of securities. Mr. Keller currently cochairs the Boston Bar Association's task force on revision of the Massachusetts Business Corporation Law, having previously served as chair of its business law section, Corporation Law Committee and Legal Opinions Committee. He is a member of the TriBar Opinion Committee and a past chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's business law section. Mr. Keller was treasurer and a trustee of MCLE and lectures for various continuing legal education organizations. He has also edited and authored several legal books and written a number of articles on corporate and securities law matters. (September 2005)
