CHRISTOPHER A. KENNEY is the managing partner of Kenney and Sams, PC, in Boston, and has served, on assignment, as a special assistant attorney general to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His practice includes representation of businesses, public authorities, and individuals in all areas of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Mr. Kenney has extensive experience in a wide variety of cases before the state and federal trial and appellate courts in New England. He has served on the adjunct faculty at Boston University School of Law and on the Governor’s Judicial Nominating Commission. Mr. Kenney was a founding member of the Boston Inn of Court, and served as co-president from 2001 to 2002. He has also served as President of the Federal Bar Association (MA Chapter), President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors (MA Chapter), Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section, and on the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Kenney is a graduate of Holy Cross College and Boston University School of Law, where he was named a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. (November 2011)
