KIMBERLY M. KESSLER is a paralegal in the public finance department of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston. She assists attorneys with the representation of states, municipalities, and public authorities in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds for water, sewer and general governmental purposes. Ms. Kessler received her master’s degree from Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science, a bachelor’s degree from Bates College, and her paralegal certificate from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Junior League of Boston. (June 2006)
