RACHEL R. KEYO is a paralegal at the Boston law firm of Brown Rudnick LLP. She is a 1994 graduate of Northeastern University. She is currently on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Paralegal Association (“MPA”) where she manages the pro bono section of the MPA, an organization established to promote the development of the paralegal profession. In addition, she is on the board of managers and president of Bethany Union for Young Women, a non-profit charitable institution that exists for the purpose of establishing and maintaining subsidized housing for young women. She was drawn to the area of pro bono, while working with the homeless, through an organization called Shelter Legal Services Foundation, Inc. (“SLSF”). SLSF provides legal services, through legal clinics, at homeless shelters, within the Greater Boston area. She served on the board of directors of SLSF from 2002 to 2004. (June 2006)
