COLIN M. KORZEC is a managing director and national estate executive at U.S. Trust Company in Boston. He is responsible for overseeing the estate administration functions and personnel nationally for U.S. Trust. Mr. Korzec received his B.A. from Northeastern University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He serves on a number of professional boards, chairing the Massachusetts Bankers Association trust counsel section, cochairing a legislative committee for the Boston Bar Association, and chairing the ABA National Trust and Graduate Trust School advisory board. He is a member of MCLE’s estate planning and administration curriculum advisory committee. Additionally, he is a board member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. Mr. Korzec has spoken at a number of professional seminars and written a number of articles for professional publications. (August 2011)
