BRIAN C. LEVEY is a director of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. in its Wellesley office. He is a graduate of Cornell University and George Washington University School of Law. His land use practice focuses on the representation of builders, developers, and property owners seeking permits and approvals — special permits, site plan approvals, variances, and comprehensive permits — before boards throughout Massachusetts for residential, commercial and industrial projects. His environmental practice focuses on permitting before local boards and state agencies on wetlands and Title 5 matters. His litigation practice focuses on land use and environmental appeals and real estate disputes.
