BRIAN C. LEVEY is a director of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. in its Wellesley office.  He is a graduate of Cornell University and George Washington University School of Law.  Mr. Levey concentrates his practice in land use and environmental permitting and litigation.  His land use practice focuses on the representation of builders, developers, and property owners seeking permits and approvals — special permits, site plan approvals, variances, and comprehensive permits — before boards throughout Massachusetts for residential, commercial and industrial projects. His environmental practice focuses on permitting before local boards and state agencies on wetlands and Title 5 matters. His litigation practice focuses on land use and environmental appeals and real estate disputes. He is the author and editor of Massachusetts Zoning and Land Use Law published by Lexis Law Publishing in December 1996. (December 2010)
