JOSHUA S. MILLER is a vice president and wealth advisor with BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Boston. He advises high–net-worth individuals throughout the country in wealth planning, including estate and tax planning; accumulation, preservation, and management strategies; and wealth transfer and succession plans. Previously, he was an associate with the private wealth department of Holland & Knight LLP in Boston. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Boston Estate Planning Council. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was chief managing editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, and the State University of New York at Oswego.  (July 2011)
