JOHN O. MIRICK is a partner with Mirick, O’Connell, DeMallie & Lougee LLP in Worcester, where his practice concentrates on business litigation. He regularly appears in state and federal courts for U.S. and foreign clients on matters involving stock ownership and corporate control, corporate acquisition litigation, and patent litigation. Mr. Mirick is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the University of London, and Amherst College. He is a member of the Federal, American, and Massachusetts Bar Associations; the Association of American Trial Lawyers; and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
