JOHN O. MIRICK is a partner with Mirick, O’Connell, DeMallie & Lougee LLP in Worcester. He concentrates on business litigation, representing U.S. and foreign clients in state and federal courts on matters involving stock ownership and corporate control, corporate acquisition litigation, breach of contract cases, and patent litigation. Mr. Mirick is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the University of London, and Amherst College. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the First, Second, and Federal Circuits.  (January 2012)
