ELIZABETH A. MOONEY is a Program Attorney at MCLE. She holds degrees from Cornell (B.A.), Hofstra (M.A.), and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.), and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and New Hampshire as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before coming to MCLE, Betsy served for seven years as the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, prior to which she practiced as a public defender for Suffolk County Legal Aid in New York. During law school, she was employed as a marketing associate and assistant editor for a legal publishing company.
