CORNELIUS J. MOYNIHAN, JR. is a member of the professional ethics committee of the Federal Bar Association. Prior to taking senior pro bono counsel status at Nixon Peabody in 2008, he was an ethics advisor to the firm and its predecessor for many years. Mr. Moynihan has been an adjunct professor at Suffolk Law School teaching Conflict of Laws for the last 7 years. He lectured on legal ethics at the Boston University Metropolitan College from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Moynihan is a member of the American, Massachusetts, Boston and Federal Bar Associations.
