JODY L. NEWMAN is the managing partner of Collora LLP in Boston. She focuses on employment disputes, most often representing plaintiffs, and has conducted sensitive investigations of high-risk employment claims and employment law compliance audits designed to prevent liabilities. Much of her work is related to gender bias, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on age, disability, sexual orientation, and race or national origin, including retaliation. She is also experienced in negotiating separation and severance agreements as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Newman is a frequent author and presenter on employment law.
