DANIEL J. OSSOFF is a director and chair of the real estate department of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster in Boston, having practiced there since 1983. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Colby College and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. Mr. Ossoff’s practice is focused upon all aspects of real estate development and finance, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, and title matters. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Abstract Club, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Ossoff is also a member of the board of directors and a past president of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics for MCLE. (August 2009)
