DAVID E. REDLICK is a partner in the corporate practice group and a member of the executive committee of the Boston law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, where he focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and corporate collaborations. He has served as counsel to public and private life sciences and high technology companies, investment banks, venture capital funds, and real estate development and finance companies. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Harvard Law School, Mr. Redlick is a frequent lecturer on securities and corporate law topics.  (September 2008)
