JOHN J. REGAN is a senior partner at Hale and Dorr LLP, and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and New York University School of Law. He is a member of Hale and Dorr’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments. Mr. Regan is the chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the Boston Bar Association. Mr. Regan also participates in the Trial Practice Program at the Harvard Law School. His practice concentrates on pretrial, trial and appellate aspects of civil litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative agencies. He has been involved with a wide range of legal matters relating to patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trade dress, trademarks, licenses, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices cases. Mr. Regan has litigated cases in such high technology areas as DNA amplification systems, videoconferencing, semiconductors, ultrasound transducers, computers, enzyme electrodes, and blood gas analyzers.
