PAUL J. RICOTTA is a member of the bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial law section in the Boston and New York offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC. He concentrates on commercial bankruptcy and restructuring as well as in negotiating commercial credit transactions. His bankruptcy and workout experience includes representing debtors, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, lenders, bondholders, indenture trustees, examiners, acquirers, and equity security holders in Chapter 7 and 11 cases. Mr. Ricotta is a graduate of the State University of New York and Dartmouth College. He is a frequent author and presenter on bankruptcies, restructuring, and commercial lending.
