MICHAEL M. ROBINSON, who is a director at Goulston & Storrs, PC in Boston, concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and environmental law. Mr. Robinson counsels and represents land owners, developers (including REOPs and REITs) and lenders in connection with the acquisition, disposition, planning, development and financing of all types of commercial real estate projects. In particular, Mr. Robinson has considerable experience in determining the need for and obtaining federal, state and local governmental land use and environmental permits and approvals, and in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, construction, architectural and related contracts, construction and permanent financing documents and commercial leases.
