PETER M. ROSENBLUM is a partner at Foley Hoag LLP and chair of its busi-ness department. His expertise is in corporate, securities and international law and finance. He counsels clients in a broad range of industries on business and regulatory matters, financing strategies, and structuring of corporate and interna-tional transactions. He is actively involved in Foley Hoag’s corporate and corpo-rate finance practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity, and ven-ture capital. Mr. Rosenblum was chairman of the business law section of the Boston Bar Association from 1997 to 1999 and chairman of the corporate law committee of the Boston Bar Association from 1995 to 1997. From 2000 to 2005, he was a co-managing partner of Foley Hoag LLP.
