JANE F. SAKIEWICZ is a paralegal with Liberty Mutual Insurance company in Springfield, and assists attorneys from Manhattan and White Plains, New York. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Western New England College and her paralegal certificate from Elms College.  She is on the MCLE paralegal curriculum advisory board. . Ms. Sakiewicz served as a commissioner for the ABA commission on paralegal education.  She has been a paralegal for over twenty years. Prior to moving into the insurance area, her experience was in litigation family law, probate, and real estate.
