MARY H. SCHMIDT is a founding partner of the Boston firm of Schmidt & Federico, PC. She concentrates in domestic relations and probate litigation, including sophisticated trust and estate planning, prenuptial agreement preparation and negotiation, and estate administration. Ms. Schmidt is a frequent presenter and author on domestic relations, tax, and trust and estate topics. She is a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel and a member of the Massachusetts Family and Probate Inn of Court, Boston Estate Planning Council, Boston Bar Foundation, and American, Massachusetts, and Boston bar associations.
