NANCY S. SHILEPSKY is a founding partner of Shilepsky Hartley Robb Casey Michon LLP in Boston. Since 2000, Ms. Shilepsky has been a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She represents execu-tives and professionals across a wide range of industries, and is well known for her pioneering work in wrongful termination and discrimination cases. Her many ac-colades include MCLE’s 2009 Scholar-Mentor Award, and being listed by Law & Politics and Boston magazine in 2009 as one of the Top 10 Super Lawyers in Massachusetts; the Top 50 Female Super Lawyers in Massachusetts; the Top 50 Female Super Lawyers in New England; the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Massa-chusetts; and the Top 100 Super Lawyers in New England. Ms. Shilepsky was named a “Lawyer of the Year” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and was fea-tured in its 2004 “Power Issue.” She is cochair of the Women’s Bar Association’s women’s leadership initiative task force and cofounder/cofacilitator of the Amicus Group. Ms. Shilepsky co-authored Representing a Plaintiff in a Wrongful Termi-nation Case (MCLE, Inc. 2007) and is coeditor of Massachusetts Employment Law (MCLE, Inc. 3rd. ed. 2009). She has served as treasurer of the Boston Bar Association, on the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly board of editors, on MCLE’s employment law curriculum advisory committee and is a former chair of the Bos-ton Bar Association’s labor and employment law section.
