DENISE SQUILLANTE is a sole practitioner specializing in family law in Bristol County, with an office in Fall River since 1983. She received her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from New England School of Law. Ms. Squillante currently serves as vice president of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), is a member of the house of delegates, and serves on various MBA committees. She has served as the chair of the MBA Family Law Section Council, has been a featured speaker for various legal education programs, and is a former chair of legislation for the MBA on family law. Ms. Squillante is the former president of the Fall River Bar Association, a former member of the Bristol County Bar Association executive committee, and is a former hearing officer for the Board of Bar Overseers.
