EMILY S. STARR is a partner in the Fitchburg and Worcester firm of Starr Vander Linden LLP, where she focuses on Medicaid/SSI planning and estate planning/administration, including special needs trusts, guardianship/conservatorship, and probate. She is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Starr is a frequent author and presenter on elder and disability law. She is a 2009 recipient of the MCLE Scholar-Mentor Award in recognition of long-term service and excellence/creativity in teaching and writing.
