JON E. STEFFENSEN is a partner of the Boston firm of Steffensen, Fleming & Associates LLC, where he focuses on estate planning, taxation, trusts, and probate law. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and Yale University. Mr. Steffensen is a frequent author and presenter on estate planning, trust, and estate administration topics. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, cochair of the MCLE Estate Planning and Administration Curriculum Advisory Committee, and a member of the Boston Bar Association’s estate planning committee and the Boston Estate Planning Council.  (August 2011)
